Southern Africa

Forcier Facts

Forcier's newest office began operations in Mozambique in 2016. As both a country office and southern Africa regional team, Forcier's staff in Mozambique extends its services to all 11 provinces, as well as neighboring countries. Our team of experienced research staff is located in Maputo, and able to conduct complex qualitative and quantitative interviewing in multiple local languages.

In the past, Forcier has completed projects ranging from vocational studies in the oil and gas sector, to agricultural value chain studies and livelihoods assessments. Forcier Southern Africa is constantly adding to our network of local interviewers, and our internal research training capacity allows us to constantly expand to new locations, with new staff, across the region. Forcier has conducted the nationally representative Gallup World Poll in Angola, Mozambique, Swaziland, Lesotho, and Zambia since 2018.

Working at Forcier has offered me a diverse range of skill-building opportunities. I recognize the progress I have made since my first day in this office and I feel proud about that.
